How to properly balance nutrition and make sure that the diet does not turn into a real torment?

How to properly balance nutrition: get rid of pressure

Translated from Greek, "diet" means "diet". Therefore, following a diet involves a certain lifestyle, including compliance with the total rules for eating, and not short-term measures of a restrictive nature.

Diet (rational nutrition) should be painful. At first, this task seems to be impossible. After all, any rational diet boils down to three great “don'ts”: you can’t eat what you want, how much you want and when you want. However, it is not at all necessary to break oneself, it is quite enough to awaken the instincts given to us by nature, which help any living being to choose healthy food and refuse harmful food. So, not a single person will eat rotten foods – their smell will cause disgust. Likewise, many lean people will voluntarily reject foods that are too fatty, overly sweet, smoked, or salty. But why then, you ask, are many of those who are overweight unable to refuse a piece of cake, a smoked sausage sandwich or a fatty piece of pork? It seems like they are caught in a vicious circle:

What's the matter? Why can't the instincts, our guardian angels, do their job well? What's stopping them? And how to organize a nutrition system for weight loss so that it does not turn into torment?

Oddly enough, eating junk food is prestigious. At any banquet, you will be offered fatty and smoked fish, smoked sausage, appetizing spicy snacks, a sweet dessert and a large amount of strong alcohol. Any holiday, visit of guests or a friendly feast almost inevitably turns into collective poisoning with harmful products. At the same time, not a single hostess will dare to do without excesses – she will be afraid that she will be considered inhospitable or too poor to set a "decent" table. Moreover, good guests will certainly come with cakes, boxes of chocolates or cakes and bottles, because it is customary.

Overweight often overtakes people who care more about the feelings of others than about their own needs.

On the other hand, try to declare that you are on a diet, and friends and relatives will immediately start provoking you out of the best feelings: “Well, a little chocolate, I guess you can!”, “I bought a bun on the way, it’s so delicious! “, “Sorry, we have pizza for dinner, there was nothing else in the store!”. At the same time, most likely, they really do not wish you harm, but they are sincerely convinced that the best way to express good feelings for a person is to feed him something expensive and high-calorie. And gradually a person himself gets used to the idea that eating vegetables and dairy products is a real punishment. But chocolates, salinity and smoked meats are a well-deserved reward.

Typically, this subtle pressure begins in childhood. Moreover, parents themselves often turn sweets into a symbol of love and approval. Any healthy child will be happy to eat foods containing sugar, because he needs glucose to feed the brain. But the children's body does not need an excessive assortment and quantity of sweets. In the good old days, a child would come to a candy store or a stall at a fair, get his bag of lollipops or a cockerel on a stick, and be absolutely happy. Now the market is so saturated with sweets that manufacturers have to use "heavy artillery" to overcome healthy instincts and internal restrictions and force children and adults to buy and eat more than they need. And it is no coincidence that modern manufacturers, as a rule, they try to attract the child with additional bonuses by adding a toy to the candy. Almost all fast food establishments necessarily include children's sets in the menu and arrange children's holidays, using
lounov and animators. At the first stage, trying to move on to a proper, balanced diet, get rid of external pressure.

Proper, balanced diet: get rid of the "internal glutton"

An “internal glutton” lives in each of us, and as a result of this constant “feeding”, a kind of internal glutton gradually grows inside our personality, which is sure that any serious problem can be “jammed”. And often by the nature of your favorite food you can determine what problems bother a person. So, addiction to spicy dishes may indicate hidden internal aggression. Spicy sour or salty food is chosen by those whose life is too boring and insipid, and sweets are chosen by people who are not self-confident, dreaming of returning to a carefree childhood, when everyone loved them and fed them tasty treats.

The mechanism for refusing proper nutrition, a balanced diet and falling into a "vicious circle" is very simple. Improper nutrition causes weight and figure disorders, which hurts self-esteem. The constant use of products containing dyes and preservatives leads to intoxication of the body: hence increased irritability, fatigue, absent-mindedness, memory impairment, impaired attention, a tendency to depression and other health problems. All this in combination leads to severe stress, and stress is removed by “jamming”, and, as a rule, by “wrong” foods that increase weight even more. Thus the vicious circle closes. Attempts to go on a diet are perceived as punishment, and if a woman manages to lose weight, she immediately rewards herself with a piece of cake.

Diets and a system of proper, balanced, healthy nutrition for weight loss

What to do to get rid of the "internal glutton"?

Every day, put on the table fresh herbs, mineral water and a pack of juice. Start your meal with a drink – with a glass of water or juice. Season food with herbs (it can be finely chopped, seasoned with sour cream, olive oil or vinegar). Bread, as well as buns or sweets, if you are not yet able to refuse them, leave them for dessert.

Get a fruit bowl, and when you feel like something to chew on, grab an apple or pear.

When eating a proper, healthy and balanced diet, be careful not to put more on the table than you intend to eat. Use small bowls. Try to make some simple low-calorie salad regularly and fill the voids on your plate with it.

Include in your diet diet meals from products baked in the oven. Meat, fish, poultry in their own juice are both extremely healthy and very tasty.

When compiling a menu of proper balanced nutrition, experiment with a wide variety of spices. They can help make healthy vegetable, dairy, and lean meat dishes tasty and appetizing.

In a healthy diet for weight loss, if possible, replace black tea with green tea. Try to reduce the amount of coffee you drink to 1 cup per day. If this results in lethargy, drowsiness and loss of energy, take extra vitamin C – it relieves the symptoms of “caffeine withdrawal”.

Another important point of a proper, balanced diet for weight loss: in no case do not eat on the go and in a hurry. Stop yourself if you start swallowing food as soon as you have chewed it.

Write down situations in which you are unbearably hungry, although the time for the next meal has not yet come (most likely, they are associated with stress). Try to determine what emotions you were experiencing at that moment, and think about what could have been done in order to solve the problem, and not “seize” it. Also, come up with some personal calming rituals that are not related to food. Walking helps some, knitting helps others, favorite music helps others, books and films, dancing, etc. help others.

While eating the right foods for a healthy lifestyle, before you sit down to eat, ask yourself, “Am I really hungry?” Learn to politely refuse treats at a party or in company: “Thank you. Everything was so delicious that I was already full.” Or: “Thank you, I will definitely try, tell me how you cook it?” In the most difficult cases: "I'm sorry, but I'm allergic to…"

Healthy lifestyle: food and vitamins in the diet

In order to always stay young, healthy and beautiful, you need to remember about vitamins. Sources of vitamins in a balanced diet for a healthy lifestyle are not only vegetables and fruits. They are also rich in meat, fish, dairy products, cereals, grain bread. However, it is not in vain that a traditional element of a classic lunch has long been a salad. Alas, often we simply do not have enough time and energy to cut the salad after boiling the soup and frying the cutlets.

First of all, the system of proper nutrition for weight loss implies the rejection of complex, multi-component salads like Olivier, vinaigrette or Mimosa. Let's leave them for the holidays. Everyday salad can (and should) be very simple. For example, you can cut a bunch of herbs (dill, parsley, cilantro), salt, pepper and season with sour cream. Or grate an apple and a banana and pour over everything with low-fat yogurt.

Here are some win-win healthy food formulas that you can usually find in the fridge:

cucumbers + green salad + herbs + sour cream;

cucumbers + tomatoes + greens + sour cream;

cucumbers + low-fat ham (or boiled tongue) + cheese + sour cream;

cheese + apples + sour cream (the so-called "Parisian dessert");

jacket-boiled potatoes + cheese + cucumber + sour cream;

potatoes + canned fish + greens + vegetable oil;

another great food recipe for a healthy lifestyle: soft cheese (like feta) + tomatoes + sweet peppers + olives + a mixture of vinegar and vegetable oil;

radishes + onions + olives + lemon juice + vegetable oil.

Adhering to a diet and a proper nutrition system for weight loss, it is important to be able to save vitamins.

Do not cut fruits and vegetables in advance so that the vitamins do not disappear.

Fish included in the diet for a healthy lifestyle should never be completely defrosted before cooking.

Store food in a cool, dark place. Light destroys most vitamins.

Store juices in closed containers.

If possible, do not wash rice before boiling it.

Cook vegetables in a minimum amount of water.

When cooking legumes, herbs and vegetables, do not add baking soda to the water: it destroys thiamine (vitamin B1).

If you follow an effective diet for weight loss, try not to heat food in the microwave once again: this destroys a large amount of folic acid (vitamin B9).

Remember that fats contain vitamin A. Therefore, if you choose low-fat milk or yogurt for a rational diet menu, make sure they are fortified with this vitamin.

When following a proper diet for a healthy lifestyle, remember that boiling milk for a long time reduces the amount of vitamin B12. But it is also dangerous to drink raw milk: pasteurized or sterilized is preferable.

Proper, balanced nutrition for a healthy lifestyle: a rational diet menu for weight loss

Here you can take note of a few recipes from the menu of proper nutrition for a healthy lifestyle, you can cook these dishes from the available ingredients.

Salad with ham and nectarines.

150 g ham, 2 nectarines, 200 g petiole celery, 2 tbsp. spoons of wheat germ, 1/2 cup fermented baked milk, 2 tbsp. spoons of apricot juice, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 sprig of fresh mint, ground pepper and sea salt to taste.

Celery clean, wash and cut into thin rings.
