All that is required is periodic cleaning of the hair and additional care for their ends, which sometimes split even with a normal type. To wash your hair, you need to use a mild shampoo that forms a lot of foam, gently cleanses the hair and restores its water balance.

A professional hair care product such as a moisturizing balm conditioner will help to further influence the hair, giving it smoothness, maintaining elasticity and caring for the ends.

It would seem, why do normal hair need a balm? They look perfect even without special care. But the fact is that no matter how soft, low-acid shampoo is, no matter what vitamins and regenerating additives it is supplied with, it still, even if at first glance slightly, changes the acid balance of the skin, which changes the structure of the hair. So even if your hair looks perfect, from time to time, at least once a week, use a balm, it will not hurt your hair at all.

In addition, for daily use, you can choose a protective balm. It is useful in that it literally "locks" moisture inside the hair, preventing it from drying out under the harmful effects of the sun, wind, heat or cold. As a rule, such a balm contains a sunscreen that will protect your hair from fading. Instead of a protective balm, you can also use a serum to add shine to your hair.

Once a week, do not forget to use an intensive regenerating mask. This tool will help you in a timely manner to solve emerging health problems of the hair. So, for example, the mask is able to restore the strength of the hair and prevent their incipient delamination.

If you want your hair to always stay healthy, comb it properly. Comb lightly towel-dried hair with a comb with rare teeth, starting from the tips and ending with the roots.

Dry hair care tips

Care for dry hair is aimed at normalizing the water balance in them. Suffering from a lack of moisture, dry hair quickly becomes weakened, thin, and it is problematic to create a beautiful hairstyle from them.

To wash your hair, use super mild products that are suitable for daily use. Shampoo containing substances that stimulate the sebaceous glands will be most suitable. So, for example, an ideal remedy for washing dry hair is a shampoo with red hot pepper extract.

The secret to caring for this type of hair is the use of a conditioner, which will make the hair more manageable and “glue" their split ends. However, keep in mind that washing dry hair more often than is really necessary is not worth it. And one more thing: keep in mind that when wet, such hair becomes even more vulnerable than usual. That's why while washing your hair, you should not rub shampoo with force into your hair: this will only harm them.

Dry hair is more susceptible to ultraviolet rays than other hair types, so you should regularly use a protective balm or serum – ideally, these products should always be on your bathroom shelf.

In order not to injure dry hair even more, learn how to comb it properly. Remember: such hair is extremely sensitive. If you start combing them when they are still damp, you will damage them. Therefore, combing should be started only when the hair is dry. Give preference to a comb with rare teeth – it is easier for them to comb your hair if it is tangled.

Finally, speaking of the dry type of hair, we note that hair automatically falls into this category after perm and coloring. Substances contained in dyes and perms can dry out hair. Even if this does not happen, they will still become drier than before, even if there is no significant damage in them.

Oily hair care tips

Oily hair care is to remove excess sebum. Strands weighted with sebum look untidy and do not hold volume. These are the problems you will have to deal with.

One of the professional tips for this type of hair is to use a deep cleansing shampoo. It thoroughly removes excess oil and styling product residue without stripping hair of moisture. Not so long ago, dermatologists unanimously advised washing oily hair only once a week: more frequent washing, in their opinion, could lead to even more intensive work of the sebaceous glands and, as a result, even more rapid contamination of the hair. Modern shampoos for oily hair are so mild and neutral that you can wash your hair with them at least every day: there will be no harm to either the hair or the scalp with such washing – sebum is washed out of the hair in the right amount, while they do not overdry.

Among the shampoos for oily hair, there are those that contain substances that somewhat slow down the work of the sebaceous glands. If you have oily hair, then, for example, shampoos with the addition of clay will suit you perfectly.

In order for the hair to have a healthy shine, it is recommended to rinse it with cold water after washing.

Oily hair care products

In addition to the shampoo, we recommend using a balm conditioner for oily hair, which smoothes the hair and makes it elastic, increases its ability to hold the hairstyle and is easier to style. Oily hair should be washed frequently: if necessary, even every day. There are so many gentle hair care products out there these days that daily washing won't hurt your hair, leaving it clean and well-groomed.

By the way, if you have oily hair, pay special attention to the temperature of the water with which you wash your hair. Remember: hot water will not dry out the hair, but on the contrary, it will provoke the work of the sebaceous glands of the head, as a result of which the hair will begin to become dirty even faster.

Another effective way to care for oily hair type is a mask, which can be used about once a week. Effectively affecting the hair, it will help to normalize the sebaceous glands of the head and make your hair less greasy, while not overdrying it. However, with your hair type, you should not get too carried away with masks.

Oily hair can and should be combed wet. Use a wide-toothed comb and work your way up from the ends of your hair to the roots. Keep in mind that oily hair should not be combed too long and too often: such a massage will only provoke an increase in the work of the sebaceous glands and the hair will become dirty even faster. However, experts say that not too long combing with a massage brush can sometimes even be beneficial: sebum with such combing is evenly distributed throughout the hair and allows them to keep volume longer.

Drying oily hair with a hair dryer is not recommended. Many people naively believe that hot air will dry out hair, but this is far from the case with oily hair: on the contrary, a hot air jet only activates the sebaceous glands, and the hair becomes untidy even faster. However, in emergency cases, when you cannot do without special styling, a hair dryer will not be contraindicated for you, so do not think that the health of your hair costs you at the cost of such sacrifices.

Professional care for mixed hair types

Care for mixed hair is, on the one hand, to normalize the work of the sebaceous glands of the head, and on the other hand, to moisturize the ends of the hair that are prone to delamination. For washing, use a special shampoo for oily hair with dry ends.

Unfortunately, the fact that the structure of long and semi-long hair is heterogeneous became clear relatively recently: five years ago, it was mainly about three types of hair. That's why until now not all companies involved in the development of hair care products have a line of products for hair that is oily at the roots and dry at the ends.

The solution is extremely simple: if there is no shampoo for mixed hair, use the product marked “for all hair types” – you can't go wrong. In addition, you can use very gentle lightweight shampoos that will be gentle on the dry ends of your hair without harming the more oily areas at the roots.

Professional care for a mixed type of hair includes the use of a conditioner, but it is advisable not to apply it along the entire length of the hair, but only on their tips. Alternatively, such a tool can be applied to the hair along the entire length, but you should not rub it into the scalp.

As a therapeutic and preventive care product, use a mask or serum for the appropriate type of hair.

Comb your hair with a wide-toothed comb. Dry them with a towel before brushing. Gently comb through the ends, then move on to the roots and finally comb through the entire length of your hair.

Care for thin, sparse hair

Thin hair, as a rule, is not classified as a separate type, since the classification of hair types is based on the intensity of the sebaceous glands of the scalp and the moisture content of the hair. However, owners of fine hair have much more difficulty combing and styling than women whose hair structure is denser. Care for thin, sparse hair should be given special attention.

The main headache for owners of fine hair is volume: it is very difficult to create a beautiful lush hairstyle from liquid limp strands that are not raised at the roots.

The go-to treatment for fine hair is a mild volumizing shampoo that coats hair in a way that lifts it from the roots and strengthens it to the ends. To care for thin hair, you should definitely use conditioner along with shampoo. After washing, this product acts on the hair almost instantly, strengthening them and giving them extra splendor, making them more manageable in combing and styling.

To keep your hair healthy, use a protective balm (it can be applied to your hair every day without rinsing) and once a week – an intensive repair mask that matches your hair type. Feel free to use protective emulsions, therapeutic gels, cream masks – these products seem to be specially created for you.

Comb thin hair in the same way as dry hair.

How to properly care for hair of all types (dry, oily and mixed) – advice from professionals

[563

post-591209","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-the-beauty
["GET
