Most importantly: before treating sweating, try to find out the cause of the disease &#8211; this will help you choose the most effective way to deal with the disease.<\/p>\n<p>Excessive sweating, or hyperhidrosis, is most often caused by various disorders of the vegetative-vascular system, which is designed to adapt, adapt our body to changes in humidity and temperature in our environment.<\/p>\n<h2>Ways to deal with excessive sweating<\/h2>\n<p>Sweating can be dealt with. That's just for this you have to &quot;sweat&quot;, and not just rely on &quot;miraculous medicines.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>There are several ways to deal with excessive sweating &#8211; first of all, you should do the training of the vegetative-vascular system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For this, water procedures are most indicated:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>these are wet (preferably cool) rubdowns at least twice a day &#8211; in the morning and in the evening;<\/li>\n<li>and contrast shower followed by self-massage;<\/li>\n<li>and evening warm baths with pine extract or at least flavored sea salt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>It is also good to do self-massage of the back of the head, the base of the skull and the big fingers and toes every day.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Just as effectively &#8220;hardens&quot; (in particular, evens out vascular tone) regular swimming (in the pool, and even better in sea water).<\/p>\n<p>Before treating sweating, unlearn to be afraid of the cold &#8211; any kind of hardening is shown from this ailment.<\/p>\n<p>It is not bad to take at least once every three months a 10-day course of therapeutic massage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We should not forget about the benefits of physical education, especially about morning exercises.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When washing your face in the morning, wipe especially often sweating places with a sponge dipped in cold water with a fragrant baby cream. This will not only give your body a pleasant aroma, but also slow down the excessive production of sweat by the sweat glands.<\/p>\n<h2>Treatment of excessive sweating folk remedies<\/h2>\n<p>One way to cure sweating is to wipe the places where the most sweat appears during the day with infusions or decoctions from oak bark (which have not only astringent, but also anti-inflammatory properties). To prepare the decoction, you need to take 20 g (2 tablespoons) of crushed oak bark, place it in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, close the lid and heat in boiling water (in a water bath) for 30 minutes, then cool for 10 minutes at room temperature, then strain and squeeze out the remaining raw materials. The volume of the resulting broth should be brought with boiled water to 200 ml. The resulting broth is stored in a cool place for no more than two days.<\/p>\n<p>Another folk remedy for sweating is rubbing with a decoction of chamomile flowers and strawberry leaves (in the East, decoctions of rose petals are also used for this purpose).<\/p>\n<p>When treating sweating with folk remedies, it is recommended to wipe your face with a slice of lemon or fresh cucumber several times a day.<\/p>\n<h2>Folk recipes for excessive sweating of the feet<\/h2>\n<p>But with increased sweating of the legs, in addition to general hardening and training of the vegetative-vascular system, it is advisable to use baths with a decoction of young oak bark: boil 200 g of crushed bark in 2 liters of water, then leave for 3 hours, add 2 liters of vodka to the infusion.<\/p>\n<p>An effective recipe for sweating: sprinkle your feet with boric acid powder, rubbing it (without rubbing it!) With light movements on the surface of the foot and between the toes, after which socks should be put on. In the evening, all this should be washed off with water, the temperature of which should not exceed 40-50 \u00b0 C.
