The procedure is carried out according to schemes 3d and 6d for mass production, and according to 4d – for a batch of goods. It should be noted that in this case, the permit document is issued solely on the basis of a test report received from an accredited laboratory. Other declaration schemes – 1d and 2d, which allow for examination in independent research centers, are not used in TR CU 009.<\/p>\n
Procedure for acceptance and registration of declarations<\/h2>\n
The declaration procedure includes the following main steps:<\/p>\n

- preparation of technical documentation for the laboratory;<\/li>\n
- formation of a test sample from product samples;<\/li>\n
- conducting research in the laboratory center;<\/li>\n
- obtaining a test report;<\/li>\n
- registration of the declaration in the unified register of the Federal Antimonopoly Service;<\/li>\n
- labeling of products with the EAC mark.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Since 2021, the registration of a document is carried out electronically using a qualified EDS of an enhanced type. Thus, first, the applicant needs to obtain an EDS from the certification center, if it is not available. Next, conduct laboratory tests and receive a protocol. After that, the entrepreneur must register on the State Services portal and create a personal account in the Federal State Information Service of the Federal Accreditation Service. Documents certified by EDS and a test report are loaded into the LC, a declaration layout is formed in the "Draft" mode. Next, you need to check all the entered data and click the "Publish" button. After changing the status of the declaration to "Valid", it enters into force. The document can be printed out for presentation to interested parties, or an extract from the register can be used for the same purposes – both options are acceptable and have equal legal significance.<\/p>\n
