Of course, before this you need to thoroughly prepare, and for this, read the recommendations below.<\/p>\n<h2>Principles and planning of the body detoxification program<\/h2>\n<p>During the nine-day body detox program, your appearance will change significantly for the better, for example, skin color and texture will improve. (Our <a href=\"https:\/\/allforwomen.com.de\/en\/business-dress-code-for-women-photo-of-business-style-clothes-how-to-dress-a-business-woman\/\" title=\"skin is very\">skin is very<\/a> detoxified, which is why it's so important to take care of proper nutrition for it.) Therefore, ask friends, colleagues and family members in advance to leave you alone if possible for the next nine days. Also explain to them that you will occasionally be unable to perform your duties, so you may need help with routine tasks (for example, picking up children from school or shopping <a href=\"https:\/\/allforwomen.com.de\/en\/nutrition-for-the-beauty-and-health-of-women\/\" title=\"for food\">for food<\/a>). If you cook food in your family, persuade others to eat what you eat yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Before you cleanse the body by detoxification, make a menu in advance. Planning ahead will help you a lot when shopping for groceries, but you should never be fanatical.<\/p>\n<p>Treat the menu simply as a collection of ideas, not as a rigid prescription to be followed verbatim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>It is recommended to follow the following principles of body detoxification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1 On weekdays, you won't have time to make yourself a complicated breakfast.<\/strong> Therefore, try to pick up such dishes that are quickly prepared, but at the same time are not semi-finished products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2 According to the rules, lunch should be preceded by an appetizer that stimulates the appetite.<\/strong> Of course, salads seasoned with olive or other vegetable oil are best suited in this case. In summer, you can try salads made from wild herbs: plantain, yarrow, nettle and others. They are very tasty and healthy. But we strongly advise you to collect only familiar herbs and only in those places where they are guaranteed not to be contaminated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3 It is highly desirable to eat soup every day.<\/strong> Vegetable soup perfectly stimulates digestion and promotes the production of gastric juice. In winter, you should give preference to thick, rich soups, in summer &#8211; light vegetable, as well as okroshka, cold borscht, botvinya and sweet berry soups. It is better to choose second courses in contrast with the first: if meat soup is for the first, stewed vegetables for the second; if for the first &#8211; fish soup, broth with vegetables or vegetable soup-puree, for the second &#8211; stew with porridge, etc. For dessert, it is best to eat fruits (in different types) or cheese.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4 Dinner try to make light.<\/strong> Suitable salads with meat, fish or seafood, vegetable casseroles, dairy products.
