Between each physical exercise with VVD, you need to take a short break to normalize breathing.<\/p>\n<p>Dizziness and fainting, loss of strength, jumps in blood pressure, stabbing pains in the heart &#8211; all these are symptoms of vegetovascular dystonia, which every second teenager is prone to today. The causes of this disease are the rapid growth of the body, the immaturity of the nervous system, hormonal changes, heavy loads and frequent stress, as well as lack of physical activity. A set of exercises for vegetovascular dystonia will help improve the patient's condition and eliminate dangerous symptoms.<\/p>\n<h2>Effective physical exercises for VVD<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Exercise #1:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 Sit on a chair, back straight, hands holding the chair behind.<\/p>\n<p>2 Raise the left leg bent at the knee and straighten it very slowly.<\/p>\n<p>3 Slowly bend it back and return to the starting position.<\/p>\n<p>4 Do the same with the right foot.<\/p>\n<p>5 Repeat the exercise 5-6 times.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Breathing is arbitrary.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Exercise #2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 Sit on a chair, back straight, arms down, legs together.<\/p>\n<p>2 Raise your right hand up &#8211; inhale.<\/p>\n<p>3 Lower it down &#8211; exhale.<\/p>\n<p>4 Change hands and do the same.<\/p>\n<p>5 Repeat this effective exercise with VSD no more than 5-6 times.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exercise #3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 Sit on a chair, hands on your knees, palms up, fingers fanned out.<\/p>\n<p>2 Squeeze your fingers into fists and at the same time, without lifting your heels from the floor, raise your feet.<\/p>\n<p>3 Unclench your fingers, lower your feet, raise your heels.<\/p>\n<p>4 Repeat the exercise 10-12 times.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Breathing is arbitrary.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Exercise #4:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 Sit on a chair, back straight, hands on knees, legs wide apart.<\/p>\n<p>2 Spread your arms to the sides &#8211; inhale.<\/p>\n<p>3 Put your hands on your left knee, press your elbows to your body &#8211; exhale.<\/p>\n<p>4 Spread your arms to the sides &#8211; inhale.<\/p>\n<p>5 Put your hands on your right knee, press your elbows to your body &#8211; exhale.<\/p>\n<p>6 Repeat the exercise 4-5 times.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exercise number 5:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 To perform this exercise with vegetovascular dystonia, you need to stand up straight, feet shoulder-width apart, take a stick in your hands.<\/p>\n<p>2 Take a step back with your left foot and raise the stick above your head &#8211; inhale.<\/p>\n<p>3 Return to the starting position &#8211; exhale.<\/p>\n<p>4 Do the same with the right foot.<\/p>\n<p>5 Repeat the exercise 5-6 times.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exercise number 6:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 Stand straight, hands on the belt, legs slightly bent at the knees, feet turned outward.<\/p>\n<p>2 Lower the left hand on the thigh, put the right hand behind the left side of the head.<\/p>\n<p>3 Very gently tilt your head to the right, stretching the neck muscles.<\/p>\n<p>4 Hold this position for 20 seconds, then return to the starting position.<\/p>\n<p>5 Do the same on the other side.<\/p>\n<p>6 Repeat the exercise 10 times.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Breathing is arbitrary.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Exercise number 7:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 Stand up straight, legs together, arms along the torso.<\/p>\n<p>2 Raise the right leg above the waist and touch the fingertips with the left hand &#8211; inhale.<\/p>\n<p>3 Return to the starting position &#8211; exhale.<\/p>\n<p>4 Change legs and arms and do the same.<\/p>\n<p>5 Repeat the exercise 12 times.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A set of exercises for VVD should be combined with proper nutrition.
