Eyebrows are, without a doubt, the "face" of the face. It is the eyebrows, first of all, that determine the character of the face, its expression. Properly shaped eyebrows can allow, among other things, to do without the rest of the make-up, so, in turn, without beautiful eyebrows, the beauty of neither the most luxurious smokey eyes nor magnificent red lipstick will be noticeable. We are convinced that any girl can easily cope with competent eyebrow shaping. And we, in turn, in this article, will tell you how to do it right.<\/p>\n

Eyebrow shaping in makeup: how?<\/h2>\n

Before proceeding with eyebrow makeup, make a correction. To do this, you can visit a professional brow bar or carry out a correction at home on your own. In fact, there is nothing complicated in this, the main rule to be followed is do no harm. Here it is better to under- than over – and we are talking, of course, about correction with tweezers.<\/p>\n

How to build a beautiful eyebrow shape on your own?<\/h2>\n

To build a beautiful shape, make "serifs" with a white eyeliner or corrector pencil at the points that form a harmonious outline of the eyebrows. A white eyeliner will be our kind of “cheat sheet" that will help us outline the contours of our future eyebrows.<\/p>\n

The first point is the beginning of the eyebrow. It used to be customary to outline the eyebrow, starting from a point parallel to the inner corner of the eye. Now, with the advent of fashion for a more natural eyebrow design, they start from a point parallel to the so-called “piercing point”. Draw an imaginary line perpendicular to the eyebrows, starting from the wings of the nose. It is this point that will allow you to find the beginning of your eyebrow.<\/p>\n

The second important point is the arch of the eyebrow. It is from the “coolness” of this bend that the shape of the eyebrows and the facial expression as a whole depend. The bend point is on the line that runs from the philtrum through the ala of the nose and the outer border of the iris. You can also make a higher bend, but keep in mind that in this case, your expression will become, as it were, more “bitchy”.<\/p>\n

The third point is the end of the eyebrow. Everything is simple here: the point will be at the intersection of the natural line of the eyebrow with the line drawn from the philtrum under the nose through the wing of the nose and the corner of the eye. If desired, you can make your eyebrows a little longer.<\/p>\n

However, many people like to shape their eyebrows, which, as it were, were not touched by the correction. So you can achieve a fashionable, natural effect. And another important point is the correct selection of the color of the eyebrows. For blondes, it is best to choose a shade a tone darker than the hair color, for brunettes – a tone lighter, for brown-haired women and redheads – tone-on-tone. And do not forget about the “temperature” of the color: if, for example, you have a warm chocolate shade of hair, then gray eyebrows will definitely be useless for you.<\/p>\n

Eyebrow cosmetics: which one is better to choose and how to use it?<\/h2>\n

  1. Eyebrow pencil. A familiar and completely familiar tool. Pencils come in powder and wax base. We first apply the pencil along the lower and upper borders of the eyebrows, draw the “tail” of the eyebrow, and only then fill the “body” of the eyebrow with pigment. Next, using a special brush, we shade the beginning of the eyebrow: this will help make the design effect more natural.<\/li>\n
  2. Eyebrow powder or shadow. These are not overly pigmented powder products and can be applied by scooping the product with an angled synthetic bristle brush. By the way, a brighter effect can be achieved when using a slightly damp brush. The design process itself takes place in much the same way as in the method with a pencil.<\/li>\n
  3. Eyebrow marker. The marker is a real must-have for lovers of natural makeup. It is used to draw, as it were, the missing eyebrow hairs. You need to apply it on the eyebrows with the thinnest strokes, without drawing the contours, namely, by drawing the hairs.<\/li>\n
  4. Eyebrow lipstick. This is a fairly plastic and pigmented product in a jar. Apply it best with a thin beveled synthetic brush and blend well. Eyebrow lipstick helps to achieve the most dramatic, graphic effect.<\/li>\n
