Diamond embroidery technique: how to use
Due to the diamond-cut rhinestones, the front side of the work has a unique surface, reminiscent of skillful beadwork. Additionally, you can “fix” the work with a thin layer of silicate glue. But even better – place the work in a frame under glass.
In this technique, panels of any size are created. A standard scheme is usually located on an A3 sheet, but the technique implies the ability to literally “assemble” larger canvases from several fragments.
In any case, after finishing the embroidery, the work must be carefully cut with a knife or scissors exactly along the edge. If a large canvas is being assembled, then its fragments must be precisely joined and the boundaries of the joints must be filled according to the scheme – this possibility is included in the source code of the work.
The finished work only needs to be glued onto a sheet of thick cardboard, after which it can be inserted into a mat or directly into the frame “under glass”.
