Alternative treatment of angina: remedies and recipes of traditional medicine, how to cure angina
Traditional medicine for angina allows you to quickly and without side effects restore the patient's ability to work, strengthens his health and removes the effects of intoxication. Some resources are suggested on this page.
1. Brew 1-2 tablespoons of any of the herbs (or a mixture of several): oregano, thyme, lavender, coltsfoot, sage, chamomile in 250 ml of boiling water. Breathe steam, which will increase blood flow to the mucous membrane, helping to restore its function and relieve pain.
2. You can simply drip 10-15 drops of pine or fir oil in 100 ml of hot water and breathe over a cup with this content.
3 If it is not possible to buy at a pharmacy (or there is none near you) the appropriate solutions for gargling or aerosols, prepare a solution at home using a folk remedy for the treatment of sore throats. Pour 0.5 teaspoon of salt and baking soda into a glass of warm boiled water, add a few drops of iodine. It is advisable to gargle every 2 hours.
4. With the onset of sore throat, slowly chewing a lemon (preferably with zest) often helps, after which nothing should be eaten for 1 hour. This procedure must be repeated every 3 hours. People with bad teeth should use this folk remedy for sore throat with caution so as not to destroy their teeth due to the large amount of acid contained in lemons.
5. It is not bad to drink instead of tea a warm infusion of young dill shoots, which are prepared in the same way as ordinary tea.
6. A quick recovery can be given by rinsing with an alcohol solution of propolis. The recipe for its preparation: pour 10 g of crushed propolis into 100 g of alcohol and insist at room temperature, shaking occasionally, during the day, filter the infusion through one layer of gauze. Dilute 2 teaspoons of the obtained extract in half a glass of warm boiled water.
You can simply keep a piece of propolis the size of a pea in your mouth, rolling it from one side to the other, and put pieces of propolis on your cheek at night – these are excellent folk remedies for a sore throat.
Instead of propolis, you can chew comb honey for several hours.
Treatment of angina folk way
For a long time, in many countries, for the treatment of angina, a folk method has been used to rinse with 30% citric acid. People with bad teeth should use this recipe with caution so as not to destroy the teeth.
It is also effective to gargle for several minutes in a row with a mixture of an equal amount of lemon juice and honey (if there are no purulent plaques on the tonsils, then after gargling this mixture can be swallowed).
Quite quickly helps with sore throat rinsing with an infusion prepared from equal parts of chamomile and celandine (1-2 teaspoons of the mixture per 1 cup of boiling water).
A good rinse is obtained by mixing 1 part linden flowers and 2 parts oak bark, or 2 parts linden flowers and 3 parts chamomile flowers. Then 1 tablespoon of the mixture is brewed with 1 cup of boiling water, kept on low heat for 5 minutes, insisted for 1 hour, filtered. Thus prepared infusion, diluted with a decoction of honey, gargle 4-5 times a day.
How to cure angina folk remedies?
In many regions of Russia, such an old recipe is used: 1 cup of grated beets is poured with 1 tablespoon of vinegar, insisted for several hours, squeezed out the juice and rinsed the mouth and throat with it (it is believed that a little – from 1 to 2 tablespoons – this juice can even be swallowed). Before you cure a sore throat with folk remedies, it is important to carry out antibiotic therapy.
In addition, from the very beginning of the disease, it is recommended to gargle with viburnum juice or an infusion of its flowers, leaves or berries; warm infusion of oak bark and linden flowers (mix 2 parts of oak bark and 1 part of linden flowers, then 1 teaspoon of the resulting mixture is brewed with 1 cup of boiling water, allowed to cool, and then filtered); infusion of eucalyptus (100 g of leaf per 1 liter of boiling water) – 4-6 times a day.
As a rinse in the villages, a decoction of onion peel is still used (3 teaspoons of the peel are boiled in 1 glass of water, insisted for 4 hours, filtered).
Attention! At the initial stage of the disease, the following technique can help: the palm of the right hand should be pressed to the throat, and the palm of the left hand should be placed on the back of the head (for left-handers – on the contrary), repeating this exercise 2-3 times a day for 15-20 minutes for several days. But before treating a sore throat with folk remedies in a child, it is necessary to analyze a swab from the throat for diphtheria.
If the temperature is high and the tonsils are very swollen, lubricate the nasopharynx (or the tonsils themselves) once a day with a mixture of 5% iodine and glycerin (in equal parts), and then gargle with a solution of hydrogen peroxide (1 teaspoon of peroxide per 1 glass of water).
If these ingredients are not at hand, you can mix half a glass of onion juice and 2 tablespoons of honey, and then carefully grease your throat with this composition 2-3 times in a row.
Angina passes faster if at least 10 times a day gargle with infusion of kombucha.
In addition, peel 5-6 cloves of garlic, crush them finely and stir in 1 cup of milk. Next, this mixture should be boiled and, after cooling, take 1 teaspoon several times a day.
There is a simple old recipe: pour 100 g of honey and 1 tablespoon of raspberry jam into an enamel bowl, put on fire and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Then, having cooled a little, they drink all the contents hot at once, after which they lay down, well wrapped up, in bed.
Gargling with a solution of sea salt helps.
In the villages, many people still gargle with diluted apple cider vinegar with a sore throat. Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to 1 glass of warm water and rinse every hour from the 3rd to the 10th day of the disease.
For those who often suffer from sore throats, it is useful every day for 5-10 minutes to sit against the bright sun with your mouth wide open (while closing your eyes).
Do not forget to exclude rough and spicy foods, as well as strong alcoholic beverages from the diet during illness.
For the prevention of angina, it is very useful to drink general strengthening herbal teas in the fall and spring for a month.

You can mix 1.5 teaspoons of wormwood herb, 2 teaspoons of string herb, and 6.5 teaspoons of linden flowers to make herbal tea in the same way as described in the previous recipe.
Strengthen your immune system. This is best helped by systematic hardening of the body, morning exercises, jogging, swimming, frequent exposure to fresh air, regular consumption of vegetables and fruits rich in vitamins, as well as aromatic herbs rich in trace elements.
It is equally important to visit dentists regularly, since diseased teeth, being sources of infection, can cause sore throats.
