Fading skin care at home: how to restore aging skin
When caring for aging skin, masks, infusions and lotions from medicinal plants are most often used. Another effective way to restore aging skin is to massage the face and neck.
Fading skin is considered to be the skin on which age-related changes become noticeable due to the depletion of the body's resources, lack of vitamins and loss of natural moisture.
Aging is a natural process, and if scars adorn a man, as they testify to his courage and endured trials, then the wrinkles on a woman's face speak eloquently of her wisdom and life experience.
Normally, age-related changes in the skin of the face should occur only after fifty years. But, unfortunately, often withering begins too early. Moreover, this does not happen because the woman has experienced a lot and changed her mind, but only because she did not properly care for her skin, especially if she got dry or sensitive skin by nature, on which signs of withering are more noticeable. In addition, malnutrition, smoking and excessive alcohol consumption, rapid weight loss, indigestion, liver disease and some endocrine diseases (hypothyroidism, adrenal hyperfunction), constant stress and overstrain, unfavorable environmental conditions, as well as the abuse of cosmetics and the use of low-quality decorative cosmetics.

A classic cosmetic massage has an extremely beneficial effect on aging skin. It stimulates blood circulation, normalizes lymph outflow, restores firmness and elasticity of the skin.
1 Stroking. The thumb is fixed under the lower jaw. Forefinger, middle and ring fingers easily go down the cheek to the angle of the lower jaw, and then the whole palm goes down to the middle of the collarbone.
2 Stroking the chin. The index finger is on the upper lip, the middle finger is under the lower lip, the ring and little fingers are under the chin. Perform stroking to the lower corner of the jaw. Rub the chin with circular movements of the index, middle and ring fingers. Rub the nasolabial fold in the transverse direction.
3 Use the middle and ring fingers to stroke the infraorbital region to the temple.
4 Stroke the lower eyelid with the index finger from the temple to the bridge of the nose, and the upper eyelid from the bridge of the nose to the outer corner of the eye.
5 Gently pinch the eyebrows from the inside to the outside.
6 Perform transverse stroking and light rubbing of the muscles of the forehead. Focus on the longitudinal crease between the eyebrows and at the corners of the eyes. On the temples – circular rubbing in the form of a spiral.
7 Perform light rubbing along the side of the neck from the middle of the collarbone to the corner of the lower jaw, then to the middle of the chin and from there to the earlobes. Then – to the upper lip, along the edge of the wings of the nose and along the infraorbital region of the cheeks to the temples, and from there – again to the corners of the lower jaw.
