1 Rotate to warm up your arms and shoulders in different directions ten times.
- Lie on your back. Bend your elbows slightly. Place your hands in front of you. Take dumbbells. Inhale deeply and slowly spread your arms to the sides, without straightening your elbows, until the elbows begin to touch the floor. Then slowly exhale and return to the starting position. Repeat fifteen times.
3 Push-ups from the floor. Feature: the fingers are directed forward, the wrists are strictly under the shoulder joints, when tilted, the elbows look strictly to the sides. Do not lower your shoulder blades, do not lower your head. Repeat fifteen times.
4 Get on all fours. Take a dumbbell in your right hand, lean on your left, placing it exactly under the shoulder joint. The fingers of the left hand should look forward and be widely spaced. Bend the left leg at the knee, pull the right leg back into a position, as if pushing up from the floor. Tighten your abs and lift your hips so that your entire body, from your right foot to your head, forms a straight line. Lower your right hand with the dumbbell clamped down, turning your palm towards you. Staying still, slowly raise only your right arm through the side up. Then slowly lower. Repeat the exercise 8 times. Then do the same exercise on the other side.
5 Lie on your back, straighten your legs, stretch your arms above your head. For 30 seconds, carefully stretch your arms and feet in different directions along the floor as hard as possible. Then vice versa – bend your knees, wrap your arms around them and press them to your chest. When performing the exercise, do not tear your head and chest off the floor. Stay in this bent position for 15-20 seconds. Repeat the exercise five to seven times.
Finally, lie on your back with your eyes closed and breathe deeply.
How to care for breast skin
Breast skin care is impossible without the obligatory nourishing masks and the use of moisturizing creams. These products can be purchased at pharmacies, cosmetic stores or made at home.
Protein mask. Once a week, do this procedure: apply fresh egg white on clean breast skin, evenly distributing it over the entire surface, then put on an old bra. After 5 minutes, when the protein dries a little, rinse it off with warm and then cool water and take a contrast shower. After that, wipe yourself with a towel and massage your breasts with light movements for 5 minutes, rubbing in a nourishing cream. This mask perfectly tones the skin of the chest, restores its elasticity and smoothness.
Peeling "Tropical". Take a tablespoon of coconut flakes, add a tablespoon of natural yogurt, the same amount of oatmeal and a teaspoon of sea salt. Mix everything thoroughly. Before exfoliating your breasts, take a hot bath, then apply this mixture to the steamed skin and massage gently. Wash off with warm water.
